So, I'm sitting on the couch doing homework and there is all this crazy noise outside. Ask Mariano what it is and it is everyone out on there balconies banging pots because their president is giving a speech and they are expressing displeasure. Apparently this used to happen in 2001 when bad riots happened. Crazy.
