Thursday -- midnight -- The 74th Annual Hunger Games commenced ... and it was awesome. Well done -- more or less true to the books (still haven't read the books?! GET ON IT PEOPLE! trust me!!) and we enjoyed every minute of it.

AND before the movie even began we got a special surprise -- the first teaser trailer for
Breaking Dawn Part II
I was NOT expecting it -- and about lost my mind in my seat.
THEN
Friday was full of multiple cups of coffee ... followed by games, rain delays, lightning and FINALLY deciding just to call off the games and start the weekend!!
Hopped in the car and made my way to Raleigh..watched the Heels win ... watched the Pack almost take out Kansas ... and reunited with some of my favorites as we celebrating the upcoming wedding of Rachel and Jeff!!
Saturday
got to have pancakes and bacon with Miss Julia & Mr Rives ...
the BEST saturday mornings are with pancakes and family.
THEN
Rachel and Jeff tied the knot and had the reception at the NC Museum of History.
or as we like to call it "center of historical facts"

Sunday
Headed back to Charlotte ... showered, regrouped -- repacked (as I am overnight babysitting this week)
Watched my Heels lose in a battle against Kansas.
The same team that devastated us in San Antonio 4 years ago.
Stilman White played great though... we just didn't quite have enough for those last 2 minutes ...
trying to stay positive. hoping kids come back.
and I read that its 200 days until Late night with Roy..
in the meantime -- looking forward to football opening weekend in September!!
